Customer Strategy Conference 2012, Big Data?

Great to sit with the thought leaders in customer strategy, loyalty and data use at Oxford University this weekend.
When I consider the depth of skill across the group it’s humbling to be a part of it, but at the same time it’s great to be reminded of the other skills at our disposal.  When we come together on client projects the outcomes are game changing for those organisations we work with.  Of course there has to be a sensible budget but the outcomes are measurable and the benefits extraordinary!

Thanks guys for a great session.  Really looking forward to the first white paper on Big Data.
