Having just got back from the Hereford Chamber Election Hustings night for the Herefordshire Council Elections, thanks and praise go out to Gary Woodman who stepped in for me to Chair the event.
Thanks also go out to the leaders of the local groups – Roger Philips Conservative, Terry James Liberal Democrate, Mark Hubbard Its Our County and Labour and Independents also represented.
Questions ranged around the need for a Hereford bypass, planning concerns, Council communication policy, Council procurement / budgets and the vision for the County.
It was a great evening and a good link between the politicians and the business community at an important time.
