Had a tough day earlier in the week chairing the judging for the West Midlands Chambers Regional Awards. Terrific businesses, well considered applications – made the task v difficult.
All the judges from our regions Chambers take these awards very seriously as there is a lot at stake. The boost that winning a Regional Award is so significant, especially when you consider (as we had to) the depth and breadth of competition.
Winners go through to the BCC National Awards with many thousands of pounds at stake. Our winners announced in October so until then…
Chamber Board this week. Great to see so much going on with confirmation that the new CRM and web will go live by 3rd week in September and new faces out on the road working with members.
