Huge congratulations to those businesses announced as Regional Winners in the BCC Awards.
Wthin the West Midlands Region, local winners include:
H Westons – no surprise that one of the finest cider makers is also great at People Development. Note, it’s the second time a Herefordshire business has taken this award in successive years with Westons Cider and Perry taking it on from Herefords leading hairdresser, Peter Prosser last year. Peter Prosser went on to be placed 3rd Nationally for this category, a great achievement.
Bosch – now seeing Sustainability as a profit centre.
Malvern Instruments – Business of the Year and International Business of the Year – one of the few businesses to own a competitor in China.
Magic Whiteboard – building on the dragons Den success now seen as the business with Most Promise. Last year in a different category Neil and Laura came second at the National Awards.
Viezu -Tuning vehicle technology worldwide with hundreds of distributors makes it the Most Innovative business.
As President I had the great pleasure of breaking the news to the businesses this morning. It’s a fantastic achievement by these businesses as it’s not just the quality of the entry, there has to be an excellent business behind each one.
